We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Support Specialist to handle corporate mobility orders and provide outstanding support to our workforce. This role involves working closely with Operations and Support Specialists to deliver top-notch service. You'll be engaging directly with carriers and our partner to promptly respond to employee inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage mobile device orders efficiently and keep accurate transaction records.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both in person and remotely.
- Experience working with mobile carriers in various regions, including the US, Canada, LATAM, and EMEA, to ensure timely fulfillment of employee requests.
- Solid understanding of the mobile device purchasing and procurement processes.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency in responding to queries via Slack, email, or support ticketing systems like Zendesk.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between employees and mobile vendors to ensure a smooth and positive user experience.
- Communicate with vendors to get updated lead times and adjust purchase orders as needed based on new dates or delay information.
- Address vendor performance issues quickly and suggest alternative solutions if problems persist, implementing changes as necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of mobile device purchasing and procurement procedures.
- Have expertise in mobile device setup and support.
