The Role:

We're seeking candidates who possess:

  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, focused on supporting students with ASD.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Adaptability and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary school team.
