Our client, a prestigious firm of financial planners based in Manchester city centre are looking to add an experienced Receptionist to join on a permanent basis.

Duties & responsibilities will include: (full job spec available)
- Transferring calls efficiently, politely & in a timely manor
- Taking messages and ensuring these are passed on
- Greeting clients and visitors face to face
- Dealing with incoming/ outgoing postal deliveries
- Co-ordinating the booking of meeting rooms
- Assist with new employee onboarding process
- Supporting all internal teams with ad-hoc
The candidate:
- Reception experience within professional services (essential)
- Professional and presentable
- Fantastic attitude with willingness to provide the necessary support
- Highly organised
