This well-established company are a building and multidisciplinary consultancy operating across a range of sectors, predominantly commercial and residential on projects up to the value of £50mil. Operating across the South West, they have now opened their brand new London office due to continued growth and projects in the city. In line with this growth they are looking to take on a Senior Building Surveyor for the Bristol office to progress to Associate Director.
In this role you will be office, site and home based (if desired) across Bristol and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for completing building, commercial and condition surveys on residential and commercial projects of varying value and complexity. You will work on dilapidations, party wall, project work and contract administration. As a Senior you may be involved in supporting less experienced surveyors. You will be either office based or working from home with frequent site visits.
