Take this thriving SME Law Firm. They're based in the heart of the South Downs, employing ~45 staff over two offices.

Due to the forthcoming retirement of two Equity Partners, they're introducing a new Practice Manager position; providing leadership over the firm's operations and steering the firm through its next stage of growth and development.

Their client base is well-established and growing, as is their reputation for quality. Their financials are strong, but they're not sitting still. They have a plan, which is regularly reviewed and effectively communicated throughout the firm.

As Practice Manager, you'll like to hear it's an environment where ideas are encouraged. They invest in technology and external consultancy services to advance the business and find efficiencies. They also have clear values which drive their decision-making.

They're a genuinely nice bunch too, with a talented workforce across fee-earning and business support teams.

Reporting directly to the Equity Partners, you'll be responsible for the management and development of a small but talented team with exposure across finance, IT, compliance, HR, operations and facilities.

What's more, the successful applicant will enjoy 30 days annual leave, plus additional days off at Christmas. What more can you ask for?

Hours are 09:00-17:00 and the firm offer hybrid working, with a regular presence in both office locations (Petersfield & Midhurst) for the benefits of collaboration and community.
