My clients a well established logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking an experienced part time HR advisor to join their expanding team!
Duties will include:
- Completing the on-board process
- Issuing offer letter/ contracts
- Advertising vacancies on job board and liaising with recruitment agencies
- Working closely with operations manager/ directors
- Assisting with payroll admin
- Arrange training and keeping training records up to date
- Carrying out 5 year employment/ DBS checks to CAA standards
- General admin when needed
Skills required:
- Previous HR experience
- PC literate
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proactive
- Good time management
Working hours:
- 30hours a week between Monday- Friday 0900-1800
