As TA Partner, you will enjoy a full 360 role with an emphasis on being a genuine partner to the business. Volumes are manageable, meaning you have the time to be proactive, work on projects and not see your role diminished to a resourcing delivery role. You'll have campaign ownership and be responsible for end-to-end vacancy management, as well as market mapping, talent pipelining for key business functions and working with the wider function to develop the employer brand.
You'll also play a key role in improving the candidate journey, raising hiring manager interview capability and contributing to the long-term development of the TA function.

You'll need experience of recruiting across corporate/ professional functions and have a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, be familiar with what talent pooling looks like, market mapping and campaign management. You'll be a positive personality with strong stakeholder engagement skills and an appreciation of how to deliver a top-class candidate journey. You will need to be comfortable travelling into the Wellingborough office 3 days per week.
