Location: Harrow, London
Salary: £30k - £35k + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday

Our client is a well-established estate agency, offering a full range of services including Sales, Lettings, and Property Management.
The Role:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be assisting clients in finding their perfect home while expertly managing the letting process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings, provide detailed property information.
- Negotiate rental agreements, ensuring mutual benefit.
- Prepare and manage tenancy documentation and legal compliance.
- Stay updated on local property market trends.
- Assist with Market Appraisals and Take On's.
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Requirements:
- Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Lettings Negotiator in a similar role.
- Local property market knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organisational and time management abilities.
- Skilled in real estate software and databases.
- Full UK driving licence and car
