Your new role:

  • Ensuring that customers incident, change & requests tickets are managed in a professional consistent manner
  • Working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring documentation is current and up to date
  • Desirable - Perform operating system upgrades and installation of patches and fixes (PTFs)
  • Perform problem analysis and creating/updating Service Now incident tickets
  • Perform troubleshooting for complex system issues
  • Ensure customer incidents are resolved within a timely manner

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Excellent PC skills are required
  • You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Decision making with an analytical mind-set
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a bonus
  • A passion for technology and the ability to learn new products and services quickly
