Your new role:
- Ensuring that customers incident, change & requests tickets are managed in a professional consistent manner
- Working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring documentation is current and up to date
- Desirable - Perform operating system upgrades and installation of patches and fixes (PTFs)
- Perform problem analysis and creating/updating Service Now incident tickets
- Perform troubleshooting for complex system issues
- Ensure customer incidents are resolved within a timely manner
What you'll need to succeed:
- Excellent PC skills are required
- You will be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Decision making with an analytical mind-set
- Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a bonus
- A passion for technology and the ability to learn new products and services quickly
