Office Coordinator

We're currently recruiting for a company based in Cambridge who are looking for an Office Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

They're ideally looking for someone who has previous experience within an office in either a customer service or administrative role.

Typical duties would include:

  • Diary management
  • Processing bookings
  • Accurate data entry
  • Liaising with businesses and organisations to coordinate training programs
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and communication

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experienced IT user and comfortable with MS Office software
  • Strong written skills
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service experience
  • Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
