The Role:
- Inspire and engage students in Humanities, focusing on History or Geography.
- Plan and deliver effective lessons across all key stages, including the Sixth Form.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and promote a cohesive learning experience.
- Participate in school events and contribute to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is completing a PGCE.
- Has a strong passion for teaching Humanities, with a focus on History or Geography.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shows a commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
- Possesses or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS plus Children's Barred List Check.
