Key Responsibilities:

  • Flexible and Reliable: You will be someone who can accept assignments at very short notice, often covering unexpected absences due to sickness. Flexibility is crucial as you may be required to step in on the same day.
  • Behaviour Management: You will be expected to manage classroom behaviour effectively, adhering to the school's behaviour policy to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Lesson Handover: At the end of each lesson, you will provide concise handover notes to facilitate a smooth transition for the returning teacher.
