THE COMPANY
With an international reach and an impressive client portfolio, this renowned design and build agency is recognised for delivering top-tier work on various projects, including retail displays, pop-up installations, exhibitions, and events.Thanks to ongoing expansion, they are now seeking a Production Manager to oversee the execution of custom build projects from their Aylesbury office, with some flexibility for remote work.
THE ROLE
As Production Manager you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of each custom build project.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking the initial client brief
- End to end project management
- Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design and build
- Briefing and managing external suppliers and stakeholders
- Managing operating plans including project schedules and design elements
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Managing budgets and overseeing cost management
- On-site project management, including overseeing stand installation and break down
- Delivering multiple projects simultaneously
THE CANDIDATE
As a Production Manager, you will take responsibility for ensuring the seamless delivery of each custom build project.
Key duties include:
- Receiving and interpreting initial client briefs
- Full project management from start to finish
- Collaborating with internal teams such as creative, design, and production
- Managing external suppliers and key stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining operational plans, including project timelines and design components
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Overseeing budget management and cost controls
- On-site management, including supervision of stand installations and dismantling
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and delivering build projects within an event agency or design & build environment. More importantly, we're seeking a driven individual with a passion for growth and development within this exciting organisation!
We are seeking experienced individuals with a proven event delivery background at this level and exposure to mentoring management of a small team.
