Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide help and advice to all customers as and when required, over the phone and by email
- Communicate in a professional manner
- Carry out any other administrative
- Maintain up to date and accurate records of customer discussions and all correspondence

- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
