Castlefield are currently partnering with an NHS organisation based in the South West who are looking to recruit various roles into the finance team. One of these positions is a Head of Management Accounts/Transformation. This role will be project-based, helping to improve reporting and financial management function of the trust. The role has to potential to be outside of IR35 and offers agile working for the right candidate.
Duties;
- Supporting the Finance Business partner to pull together the FIMS, FPR and Board Reports
- Improving processes and procedures
- Utilising the system to automate and speed up processes
- Encouraging and improving interactions between the income and expenditure team
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting directly to the finance Director
Experience;
- Excellent systems knowledge
- Ideally previous Unit 4 Agresso experience
- Previous experience as a head of Management Accounts
- If you have worked in a transformation/improvement role this will be an additional advantage
