What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute cutting-edge sustainability strategies that align with our goals.
- Lead and manage key environmental programmes across the business.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed sustainable practices in every aspect of our operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and drive transparency in sustainability reporting.
- Stay ahead of trends and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
About You:
- You're a strategic thinker with a genuine passion for sustainability.
- You thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to inspire and lead change.
- You've got a proven track record in environmental management within manufacturing.
- You're proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years in environmental & sustainability management (manufacturing sector preferred).
- Experience with regulations and sustainability certifications like IEMA or BREEAM.
- Bonus if you're familiar with AS9100 and IATF16949 standards!
