The Company: Family-feel IFA firm based in Chesterfield looking to add an experienced, private wealth focused Financial Services Administrator to their small, consultative focused Adviser Support team:
- Office Location: Chesterfield
- Hybrid/Home Working: 100% office-based
Package: £25-28k base + discretionary bonus & full company benefits

The Role: A broad wealth administration support role geared around supporting two high performing financial advisers, working in HNW private client circles. Duties include:
- Preparing client reviews for Financial Advisers including file checks, valuations and up to date compliance documents
- Processing new business, fund switches and following through to completion
- Maintaining all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate, consistent and up to date
- Effective communication with clients and providers, verbally, written and email
- Provide general administration support - diary management, handling post, dealing with incoming telephone calls
- Assisting with improving work processes
- Taking minutes at internal meetings
- Meet and greet clients who visit the office
The Person: The successful candidate will ideally come from an IFA/wealth management background and must have exposure to supporting IFA's/financial advisers in a private wealth environment.
- Required: Knowledge of processing new/existing business across investments, pensions and protection/life cover caseloads
- Required: 2+ years industry experience with exposure to a similar working environment - Either an IFA or wider wealth management business
