Production Team Leader - Capital Equipment Manufacturing - Bedford

We are a hugely successful and pioneering machinery manufacturer proud to be delivering innovative, bespoke solutions and turnkey systems to our customers all over the world. In line with our continued growth, we are looking for a high calibre and experienced Production Team Lead to supervise our existing team. This is an engaging role that would fit a production professional with a solid backgroiund within the precision engineering, custom manufacturing or capital equipment sectors. The successful applicant will oversee a team of 5 to 10 members, liaising extensively across departments monitoring and controlling all production activities and resources to achieve the planned programme effectively and efficiently.
We invite applications from experienced Production Team Leaders with the following attributes:
- Strong experience in Production Supervision and able to manage machine builds, tool unit build and assembly build to the hours
- Able to plan work and utilising resource effectively
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to break down any 'resistors' to changing processes or moving forward
- Proactive, results driven
