  • £45,000 to £48,500 per annum inc excellent Bens & private health
  • Location: Sutton Coldfield - Office-based
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each property, aligning with overall business objectives and target market segments.
  • Enhance brand visibility and loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team, including a full-time marketing executive and a part-time marketing assistant.
  • Plan and manage campaigns and events.
  • Supervise content creation across various channels: social media, email, website, digital and offline advertising, and print materials.
  • Manage website development to optimize customer journey
  • Direct digital marketing efforts, including SEO and paid advertising.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and measure ROI of major campaigns.
  • Administer the email marketing system for effective guest communication.
  • Maintain brand consistency and guest-friendly print materials throughout the company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the hospitality sector.Academic background in marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team.
  • proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and website analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
