Key Responsibilities:
- Trust Establishment:

Advising clients on the establishment of family trusts for tax planning, estate planning, and other purposes.

Preparing comprehensive trust deeds and ancillary documents.
- Trustee Support:

Assisting family members in understanding and fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as trustees.

Providing guidance on the advantages of appointing professional trustees.
- Trust Management:

Requirements:
