The position calls for individuals with a drive for sales, a keen eye for detail and a passion for consumer goods. Description

The successful National Account Executive / Business Account Executive (High Street) will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales initiatives and meeting sales targets.
  • Proactively support the Senior Account Manager in delivering budgeted Volume, Net Sales and Gross Margin targets within the High Street Channel
  • Ideal: Boots/Superdrug/JLP Experience
  • Effectively use Category and Shopper Insights to buiild customer proposals
  • Manage promotional activity, own the planning, delivery and post evalutation of promotions, recommending any improvements to enahnce ROI
  • Develop skills in Account Reporting Systems by running weekly and ad-hoc reports to help support recommendations
  • Undertake field visits to investigate specific stores and monitor acitivity.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to the the business and ensure effective communication with our Demand Planning and Brand Teams.
  • New Line Set Up, Pricing Ammendments, Promotional Briefing etc

Profile

A successful National Account Executive / Business Account Executive (High Street) should have:

  • Computer literate (essential) in Microsoft Office (including, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Commercial experience (Sales, Buying, Marketing, Category Development) within an FMCG environment.
  • Demonstrate achievements and experience in a Business Account Executive role in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrate experience of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and achieving deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • An intrinsic drive to succeed and exceed expectations.

Desirable:

  • Degree in related profession i.e. Business
  • English and Maths (C level+)
  • Driving Licence
