Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching in secondary schools.
- The ability to adapt to different educational settings and work with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student-centered learning.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with permanent staff and students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons across a range of subjects.
- Implement lesson plans while being able to adapt quickly to changes.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Provide feedback to students and staff to support student achievement.
