The main aim of the role is to deliver excellent customer service from order acceptance through to delivery of product, ensuring a Right First-Time attitude to all customer orders.
Duties will include:
- Maintain effective communication with customers
- Receive new orders from customers and process on SAP
- Arrange sample requests and pre-shipment samples where required
- Maintain contact with customers to advise of any delays
- Undertake regular IATA Training to be able to raise documentation for hazardous airfreight shipments and check drum labelling is correct prior to despatch

- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous customer service experience
- Willingness to learn and undertake appropriate training as necessary
