As a Purchasing Administrator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Purchase order processing for bought in finished goods, consumables, raw materials and ad hoc business purchases.
  • Track, review and maintain supplier deliveries.
  • Work with the manufacturing team to expedite customer orders and ensure parts are delivered on time.
  • Stock monitoring for repeat/stocked items.
  • Maintain Supplier list

To be successful in this role of Purchasing Administrator you will ideally have experience of:

  • Microsoft Office - including Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Managing high volume of purchase orders and supplier deliveries
  • Despatching & customs document knowledge
