As a Purchasing Administrator your key responsibilities will include:
- Purchase order processing for bought in finished goods, consumables, raw materials and ad hoc business purchases.
- Track, review and maintain supplier deliveries.
- Work with the manufacturing team to expedite customer orders and ensure parts are delivered on time.
- Stock monitoring for repeat/stocked items.
- Maintain Supplier list
To be successful in this role of Purchasing Administrator you will ideally have experience of:
- Microsoft Office - including Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Managing high volume of purchase orders and supplier deliveries
- Despatching & customs document knowledge
