Are you a Cleaning Manager or Supervisor looking to work 4 days a week with overtime earning potential and career progression opportunities?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will manage 50+ staff at a busy hospital in Birmingham, playing a key role in the success of the operation and putting your logistical and delegation skills to the test.

This position would suit someone with experience of managing or supervising cleaning teams within facilities.
The Role:
- Managing a large team of soft services staff
- Working within healthcare environment
- Thursday - Saturday 7:30am to 7:30pm, Sunday 12 noon to 7.30pm
The Candidate:
- Experience of managing teams
- Any knowledge of BICs would be beneficial
- Experience working within facilities management
