Description

As Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our housing refurbishment projects within the social housing sector across the midlands and south west. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver exceptional refurbishment works.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet company goals and client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Proven experience in a senior operations role within the construction or housing refurbishment sector.
