Our client manaufactures high end bespoke home interiors and are excited to welcome a new Sales Executive to their vibrant team as they continue their journey of expansion.
Position Overview:
Are you a passionate and driven individual with a flair for design and sales? We're looking for a Sales Exec who thrives on creating custom furniture solutions and delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you'll combine your creative talents with your sales acumen to help clients bring their visions to life. With a commission-based pay structure, your success directly translates to earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft personalized furniture designs using CAD software that perfectly meet client needs.
- Engage with prospective clients, understanding their desires and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and present detailed quotes, showcasing the superior quality and value of our products.
- Follow up diligently with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure sales.
- Manage customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Keep records of designs, quotes, sales, and client communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an internal sales/contact centre based role.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate design and quoting.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven customer service and sales abilities.
- Persistence and determination to achieve and exceed targets.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in handling calls and client inquiries efficiently.
