The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the financial success of our projects. You will oversee cost management, procurement, and contract administration, working closely with project managers and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets
  • Manage project finances and control costs effectively
  • Conduct risk and value management and cost control
  • Perform cost analysis and prepare detailed progress reports
  • Handle procurement processes and contract administration
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on construction projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools
  • Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is preferred
