A leading manufacturing company based in Market Harborough is seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within a dynamic and growing organisation.
As the Financial Controller, you will be an integral part of the senior management team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management and reporting. Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, you will provide critical insights and analysis to drive business performance and ensure financial stability. You will have lots of autonomy and the opportunity to make a difference in the newly created role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance department
- Prepare financial reports: KPIs, sales analysis
- Prepare monthly management accounts, VAT returns, year end accounts & audit packs
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Ensure financial controls are in place
- Manage & train members of the finance team
- Ad hoc assistance to the Group Financial Controller
Requirements:
- Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or QBE
- Manufacturing industry background.
