What you'll be doing
- Applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and surfaces for a smooth, even finish.
- Repairing and patching damaged plaster and surfaces as needed.
- Mixing and matching plaster materials and textures to meet project requirements.
- Working with your team to ensure high-quality project completion.
- Maintaining a safe working environment, following health and safety guidelines.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in both occupied and unoccupied environments.
- Dedication to producing high-quality work and taking pride in your craft.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety and risk assessments.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors on roofs, and in confined spaces when necessary.
- Flexibility to travel between sites as required.
While formal qualifications are advantageous, we prioritise your skills and experience and are open to candidates who can demonstrate their capabilities.

Emergency Out-of-Hours Call-Out
- Weekly standby allowance: £248.59
- Call-out rate 1 (Monday-Saturday): £23.06
- Call-out rate 2 (Sunday and bank holidays): £30.31

A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
