Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a market leading business to recruit a Quality Manager to their team.
The business are a hugely successful, global organisation and a market leading manufacturer., with a genuine passion for collaborative . The ideal candidate would have a chemistry/chemical background / degree, as well as considerable experience in applying quality control / assurance / management procedures in a manufacturing setting, which must include significant management experience.
The Quality Manager is accountable for overall management of Quality Control systems and Quality control of the manufactured product, as well as;
- Supervising of staff to include hiring, training, evaluating performance
- Preparation and compilation of Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformity, for all products
- Maintenance of the electronic Quality Control Record Management System in accordance with agreed procedures and requirements and in line with ISO9001/ ISO14001
- Review product quality complaints and out of specification approvals for Manufacturing and Finished Products. Coordinate investigation of these items as necessary.
In return, the business are willing to offer a competitive salary of £60-65k and a strong pension and holiday package
