Trainee Inside Sales Executive
The Role: This is a permanent position based in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire.
The role involves communication with our wide range of B2B clients, providing quotations and commercial advice. You will also liaise with our production, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
Full product training will be provided, covering both commercial and technical aspects. The working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
What we are Looking For: We are seeking candidates with prior commercial experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or a similar role.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational abilities
- Self-motivation and a proactive attitude
- Good numerical skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Salary and Benefits:
- Starting salary: £28,000 to £30,000 (dependent on experience), with a review after 6 months
