We are currently seeking Production Operators/Welders - MIG for our client based in Brierley (Sutton-in-Ashfield). Our client, a leading player in the steel industry, is looking for dedicated individuals to join their team on a permanent basis.

With strategically located sites across Scotland, Ireland, Midlands, Wales, and East London, our Brierley facility plays a significant role in producing steel products for prestigious projects like Hinkley Point Nuclear Power Station, Crossrail, HS2, and Google HQ.
Job Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently, completing production tasks in order of priority, and ensuring the quality of output. Additionally, welding of steel rebar will be a key part of the role.
To succeed in this position, you should have a good awareness of Health and Safety, be able to follow strict processes and procedures, and have a desire to learn. Previous experience in production or welding is required.

Salary - Days
Upon Commencement - £28,227 Plus Production Bonus (Annual Salary £26,883plus 5% shift allowance = total earnings of £28,227)
Upon completion of training - £31,032 plus production bonus (Annual Salary £29,554 plus 5% shift allowance = total earnings of £31,032)
Salary - Afternoons
Upon Commencement -Annual Salary £29,571 ( £26,883 plus 10% shift allowance = total earnings of £29,571) plus Production Bonus
Upon completion of training - Annual Salary £32,501 (£29,554 plus 10% shift allowance = total earnings of £32,510 plus Production Bonus)
