This primary school I am working with strongly believes in fostering a love for learning from the very beginning. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating an enriching and supportive environment where children can develop essential skills, curiosity, and confidence that will set them up for a lifetime of success.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that promote holistic growth in young learners.

?? Provide individualised support to children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

?? Create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued, respected, and encouraged to explore and learn.

?? Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's unique needs are met and their progress is tracked effectively.

Qualifications:

?? Minimum of Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator qualification or similar qualification eg Teaching Assistant/Nursery qualifications.

?? Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.

?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

?? Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young learners.
