Reed Accountancy are currently working with a company in Leeds who are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to start next week. This is an ongoing interim and full-time position. You will be expected to deal with a large volume of paper invoices.
Location: Leeds (Office based) – Free parking available
Working Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices
- Paper invoices onto Sage
- Getting approval
- Preparing bacs run
You will need to demonstrate:
- Recent experience of Sage
- Happy to process a reasonably large volume of paper invoices
- Organised and methodical
- Comfortable contacting other departments to arrange for invoices to be approved
