An exciting opportunity has arisen with a professional services company, based in Cambridge, for a Purchase Ledger clerk to join on a permanent basis.
The role has become available due to a change in the team, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing weekly payment runs - mixture of supplier and expenses
- Set up new suppliers with urgent payments due
- Manage the purchase ledger within Microsoft AX
- Perform 5-6 bank reconciliations per week
- Ad-hoc work on the new system
The role is based in the Cambridge office, 5 days a week. Due to the location, candidates are expected to have their own mode of transport.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience within a purchase ledger role
- Strong Excel skills
- A strong attention to detail is an absolute must
- Hunger and desire to develop
