HR Administrator

BramahHRare seeking a HR Administrator who will focus on the Learning Development and People Administration to join our clients team in Frimley. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the learning and development initiatives within our organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to enter into a HR career as they will be involved in aspects of both L&D and People/HR Operations.

Duties:

- Administration support with HR tasks such as taking notes for meetings, administration for new starters and leavers, recruitment support, monitor absence reports and supporting the payroll team
- Present training materials effectively to engage employees in learning activities
- Provide mentoring and support to employees participating in learning programmes
- Manage and update content on internal system for easy access to training materials
- Utilise the system for tracking employee training records and performance evaluations
- Coordinate well-being programmes, health surveillance checks,
- Communicate with employees to assess training needs and develop learning programs

Requirements:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and from initiative
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
