PageGroup are delighted to support a successful manufacturing organisation based in Redditch with the appointment of an exciting HR Business Partner role.

This role can offer some hybrid working - due to the nature of the sector, you will spend most of the week on-site.

Description

Acting as a No2 to a CPO, the role of HR Business Partner is a busy, fast-paced, challenge role, supporting a busy manufacturing site in Redditch.

You will partner with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting the management and leadership teams to achieve their commercial goals.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Alongside the CPO, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Take the lead on a wide range of employee relations cases
  • Recruitment - review recruitment strategies, review and update JDs
  • Work with CPO with pay and bench-marking exercise
  • Work closely with CPO to review and update all HR policies and procedures
  • Job analysis/total reward review
  • Review Learning and Development on-site

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background as a HR Business Partner within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
