An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Investment Analyst to join a dynamic wealth management firm based in the heart of London. Candidate must be/ have:

  • Full CFA Charter.
  • 8 years' experience in Investment roles, preferably including some Wealth Management experience.
  • Strong macro-level market knowledge.
  • Understanding of Factor Based Investment processes.
  • Excellent communication ability, examples including (but not limited too); developing the junior team and able to explain complex investment strategies to an UHNW/ HNWi client base (e.g. the benefits of the Fama-French Factor 3 & 5 models vs. traditional investment methodologies).

What you'll do:

As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will play an integral role in shaping the investment strategies of our client's firm. You will assist the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in conducting annual fund due diligence review meetings, providing valuable insights and analysis. Your responsibilities will also include leading on the preparation of regular Portfolio Monitoring Reports, ensuring all portfolios are reviewed and compared versus competitors regularly. Furthermore, you will establish a formal active fund/manager selection process that combines fundamental research with quantitative analysis to inform investment decisions. Your role will also involve undertaking detailed manager and fund research following the CIO's view in market opportunities. Lastly, you will lead on maintaining and improving the fund database, ensuring effective utilisation of data feeds.

You possess thorough knowledge of industry practices and UK & US regulations, which enables you to navigate complex financial landscapes confidently.
