The Role:
Silcom Recruitment seeks an experienced Sales Manager to join a highly-regarded family-operated enterprise renowned for its exemplary customer service and diverse selection of high-quality vehicles and automotive services, situated on the outskirts of Southampton.
This role will involve a focus on used cars, particularly premium pre-owned vehicles.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Manager:
Providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Overseeing inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of vehicles, and optimising inventory turnover.
Providing training and development opportunities for sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are maintained throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support.
Motor trade experience essential!
Package:
Basic Salary of up to £40,000 + Company car + OTE £55k UNCAPPED!!
Monday to Saturday hours [With a day off in the week] + NO SUNDAYS!!!
