What will you do?
- Manage a range of court of protection matters on behalf of clients with acquired brain injuries
- Create & deliver training to clients and work referrers
- Support the development of more junior mental capacity lawyers in the team
- Oversee client properties and financial affairs
- Support adult & children clients
- Be involved in business development and marketing
- Nurture long standing client relationships
What will you need?
- At least 5 years' experience as a solicitor or legal executive
- Mental Capacity & Court of Protection experience
