Financial Reporting Manager

We are excited to present a superb opportunity for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to lead our Finance team's reporting function. This pivotal role involves managing a team, ensuring the production of accurate Group financial statements, and driving continuous improvement in our reporting processes.
Day to Day of the role:
- Lead and manage a team of 7 in the Financial Reporting function.
- Produce accurate Group financial statements and manage month-end reporting.
- Liaise with stakeholders, Audit Committee members, and external auditors.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of statutory and month-end reporting.
- Engage in project management to ensure efficient and effective delivery of financial objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA qualification with a strong background in group reporting under IFRS.
- Proven track record as a lead in Financial Reporting with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in stakeholder engagement.
- Experience within Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
