This is a fantastic opportunity for a Land Manager to join a company with current turnover of £50 million and with steady growth plans anticipated. Our client is genuinely proud of their product, and are widely considered one of the premium house builders from both a specification and build quality perspective in the Home Counties and southeast of England.
This is an exciting time for a Land Manager to come on board who currently have 14 developments in progress ranging from high-spec apartments through to 5&6 bed houses of a high-end and high-spec nature.
Land Manager Salary & Benefits
- Salary Expectations: £65k to £85k DOE
- Car Allowance £550 - £650 a month DOE
- Bonus Scheme - to be discussed

Land Manager Job Overview
- Site searching and identifying of potential schemes
- Reporting to the Head of Land
- Working with regional teams on large sites understanding feasibility/opportunity
- Engaging in land and planning promotion with the relevant authorities
- Keeping up to date with the policy requirements of each LTA
- Negotiation with vendors and institutions
- Network with local landowners and agents
Land Manager Job Requirements
- Degree educated in a Construction / Property field
- Proven track record of successfully making land deals
- Working for either a Residential Developer or high-profile investor
- Strong network of contacts within land agency
- Good level of familiarity with the local area
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Full UK Driving License
