Credit Controller - Contract
Location: NW London
Office Based: 5 days in the office
Hourly rate: £15 - £20 PAYE
We are partnering with a leading logistics business based in NW London who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their fast-paced credit team on an ongoing temp basis, with a view for it to become a permanent position.
As a Credit Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Banking and allocation of cash across multiple systems.
- Assist with account enquiries for internal customers.
- Raising credit notes, performing and monitoring invoice reversals, and handling claims and refunds.
- Researching and resolving payment queries.
- Clearing unallocated cash.
- Reconciling customer accounts, general ledgers, and systems.
- Performing ad-hoc duties within the credit team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables.
- Recent experience in cash allocation/accounts receivable.
- Experience working in a busy credit control team.
- Well-organised with an analytical mind.
- Competency in using accounting systems.
