About the opportunity:
We are the internal recruitment partner for our established and successful client based in Totton, Southampton.
Due to continued growth and success, we are excited to present a brand-new opportunity for an experienced and professional Bilingual Administrator (Polish and English) to join the team to support their global projects.
The successful Administrator will be fluent in both English and Polish languages and will hold responsibility for providing excellent administrative support on several projects being completed globally. You will manage all documents and with the impending investment into new systems, you will assist with streamlining the processes for the team.
You will mainly be liaising with suppliers, administering and processing purchase orders, invoices, checking each document for any anomalies and raising these with the correct stakeholders. You will deal with any queries and ensure that all documents are filed and easily accessible for each project.
The successful Administrator will be highly numerate, organised with a real eye for detail. With excellent communication skills, you will execute your tasks with accuracy and speed and will thrive in the responsibility of collating and recording all relevant information and documentation for the team.

Requirements
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Fluent in English and Polish both written and verbal
- Meticulous organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel with confidence
- Ability to collate information and produce reports for key stakeholders
- Able to work well in a team as well as on own initiative
- Strong MS Office suite skills
- Strong experience and knowledge of Excel
