This Telesales Trainer role is a contract position based Hybrid from near Birmingham, focused on improving the performance of our customer service team in the energy and natural resources sector. The right candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.

Description
This varied role will include joining the management team as an integral contributor towards the success of the growth plans. You'll focus on new starter training for telesales individuals however you may find yourself supporting with interviews, new management upskilling and supporting with the general management of the Contact Centre.
- Develop and execute training programs for the telesales team
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Provide coaching to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge
- Collaborate with the customer service department to improve performance
- Identify areas of improvement and propose action plans
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Update training materials to reflect changes in the industry

Profile
A successful Telesales Trainer should have:
- A strong background in sales or telesales leadership
- Experience in a training or coaching role specifically in a contact centre role
- Proficiency in creating and implementing training programmes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the energy and natural resources sector
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
