Sales administrator -
Supporting customers either email or via phone through their sales enquiry and orders.
- Taking sales order enquiries and responding within timelines
- Use of CRM to upload and processing of customer orders
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, delivery issues and provide exceptional customer service- Update order status on system,
- Liaison with Courier company and despatch to chase and track missing orders
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a sales or customer service environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
