Senior Surveyor needed in Barnsley
The rate is £20.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be a MRICS qualified surveyors, ideally with a history of working in Local Authority/public sector but with extensive commercial knowledge and experience.
They will support a 5 year-disposal programme of surplus assets. The role will be focussed on the disposal/development of small to large scale allocated residential/commercial development sites. It is expected that the candidate will have experience of dealing with the sale of development sites from initial site preparation/feasibility, development/planning knowledge, valuation appraisals, marketing, negotiation, contract terms/agreements, through to completion.
