- Remote working with infrequent office visits just outside of Edinburgh

You will benefit from joining a small close-knit team, where your voice will be heard, and progression is readily available. As well as closely collaborating with the Design and Development team you will work closely with the business Directors.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our latest Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in capturing requirements and ensuring our processes are always improving and are being delivered to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with our customers, building key relationships ensuring a smooth process. You will be creating high-level design documents for both our Design team as well as the Development team. Ideally you will have an appreciation for UX, and a understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
YOU NEED TO HAVE....
- Strong Business Analysis experience
- Awareness of the SDLC
- Strong communication skills, and confidence communicating directly with customers
- Experience with design tools and documentation software eg. JIRA
