Registered Manager

A Registered Manager is required to take responsibility for leading the Ofsted regulated service and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. In keeping with the company ethos, you will focus on quality, excellent service delivery, business development and the drive for commercial success.

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, 09:00-17:00. You will receive a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus £5,000 profit share and an OFSTED dependant bonus up to £2,000.

What you'll do as Registered Manager:

  • Manage a fully compliant service in respect of all relevant legislation and regulation
  • Ensure the financial viability of the service in line with Ofsted requirements
  • Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures at all times
  • Promote and ensure the good reputation of the organisation at all times
  • Always act in a professional manner, operating with integrity, respecting individuals and maintaining confidentiality
  • Participate in the managers ‘out of hours' on-call rota
  • Demonstrate passion and commitment to excellent support and quality
  • Provide leadership and coaching in childcare practice within the home to ensure best outcomes for children/young people, actively promoting a culture of high performance
  • Take accountability for effectively managing financial viability and for meeting and, where possible, exceeding agreed targets
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement and development with a strong focus on best practice

We're looking for a Registered Manager with:

  • Previous experience in the role
  • Management experience
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
